Where is my photo saved?
Your photo stays on your device while you preview and crop it. When you generate, it is shared securely with our AI service to make your video. Saved drafts do not include your photo.
Why can’t I create a video right now?
Video creation may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. You can keep your idea by saving a draft.
How much does a video cost?
Each Bulin 47 video uses 100 credits. One-time packs provide 100, 300, 900, or 1,800 credits. Credits last 12 months and there is no subscription. See Pricing for available packs.
Where can I find my video?
Open My videos using the same account. You can leave the page while your video is being made and return to watch or download it when it’s ready.
What if my video is taking a long time?
Open your video and choose Check progress if it appears. This checks your existing video without spending more credits. Avoid starting it again while it is still being made.
What happens to my credits if generation fails?
Your video page shows whether credits have been returned. You can also check your balance and credit history in Account. Returned credits can be used for another video; they are not a refund to your payment card.
Why is my draft missing its photo?
Drafts save your notes and crop settings on this device, without your photo. Choose the photo again to continue.
Can I change the performance or use a pet?
Use one consenting adult or an upright, human-shaped character, with the face, shoulders, and torso clearly visible. Ordinary cat, dog, and other four-legged animal photos are not suitable and can produce poor motion. The performance, music, and vertical format are fixed, and multiple subjects are not supported.
How do I delete a video?
Open a finished or failed video, choose Delete, and confirm. You will lose access to the video, so download a copy first if you want to keep it. Deleting a completed video does not return its credits.
Will I receive an email when it’s ready?
Check My videos for updates. Email notifications are not currently available.
