This notice explains how we handle your photos, videos, account information, and payments.
Local previews and drafts
Selecting and cropping a photo happens in your browser without uploading it. Saved drafts contain text, template selection, and crop settings in this browser’s local storage. They do not contain photo files and are not synchronized between devices. Remove drafts in My videos or clear this site’s browser data.
When you generate a video
Your cropped photo is uploaded to private storage when you submit it for generation. We check the photo before processing it. To create your video, the AI provider receives temporary access to the photo and the template’s reference material. Previewing a photo alone does not upload it or send it to these services.
Accounts and records
Google sign-in supplies basic account information, including your verified identity and email address. We use necessary sign-in cookies and keep records of your videos, balance, credit use, and notifications. We do not ask for Google Drive, contact, or mailbox access. Drafts saved in your browser remain separate from your account.
Private media and deletion
Uploaded photos and videos are stored privately. Only authorized users can play or download them. You can delete a finished or failed video from its page; access is removed and its associated files are scheduled for deletion. This does not erase necessary credit, security, or transaction records. Download a copy of any video you want to keep.
Processing services
We use hosting, database and file storage services, a content moderation service, and Kie / Kling video processing. These services receive the data needed to create and deliver your video. Deleting a video from your account does not guarantee that these providers immediately erase all data used during processing.
Technical data and notifications
Our hosting service receives request information such as your IP address and browser details. The website does not currently add advertising, session replay, or analytics tags. Video updates appear in your account notifications. Completion emails are not currently sent.
Payment data
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. We keep your order reference, purchased pack, amount, currency, payment status, and credit history to process purchases and keep accurate records. You enter card details in Stripe checkout. They are not saved in browser drafts. Opening Pricing does not start a payment.
Your choices
You can preview a photo without an account. Avoid sensitive information in draft notes, remove drafts on shared devices, and delete videos you no longer need. Drafts can also be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
