Bulin 47 AI is an independent creative project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47 or any artist.
Service scope
The Bulin 47 template uses a photo of one consenting adult or one upright humanoid character to create a video with a single lead character in a fixed performance. The face, shoulders, and torso should be clearly visible. Ordinary four-legged animals such as cats and dogs are not suitable and can produce poor motion. Results are not guaranteed. The intended result is approximately 23 seconds, in portrait format (9:16), at 720 × 1280 pixels and 24 frames per second. Other aspect ratios, custom reference videos, multiple-character replacement, custom action instructions, and subscriptions are not offered.
Your permissions
Use your own photo or one you have permission to process with AI. Any person pictured must be an adult who has consented to AI video generation. Obtain any copyright permissions needed for the photo, including fictional character images. You remain responsible for how you present and share results. A template name, artwork, or successful moderation check is not permission to impersonate someone or reuse protected material.
AI limitations
AI may alter the face, hands, body, bystanders, props, or background. Visible transitions may remain in the finished video. The service does not promise perfect likeness, lip synchronization, seamless motion, a specific completion time, or suitability for every photo.
Credits and processing
Each complete video uses 100 credits. Review the cost shown before you submit. These credits are set aside once when generation starts and used when your video is delivered. If generation ends without a deliverable video, the credits are returned to your balance. Refreshing the page or checking an existing video’s progress does not start another paid generation. You can check credit use and returns in your account history.
One-time credit purchases
Credit packs are purchased through Stripe. Prices are in USD: $9.90 for 100 credits, $19.90 for 300 credits, $49.90 for 900 credits, and $89.90 for 1,800 credits. Each complete Bulin 47 video uses 100 credits. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. These are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are added after payment is confirmed.
Your videos and drafts
Your video keeps processing when you leave the page. Drafts stay in the current browser and contain no photos. Browser data can be cleared or unavailable; keep a copy of important notes. Deleting a completed video removes access to its files and does not reverse an already completed delivery.
Responsible use
Follow the content policy. Do not create deceptive impersonations, fabricated evidence, non-consensual intimate material, harassment, exploitation, or other unlawful content. Uploaded photos undergo content checks and may be rejected or held for review. Finished videos undergo technical checks before delivery, not a content review. A generated result should be disclosed as AI-generated where needed to avoid misleading viewers.
Availability
Generation may be temporarily unavailable when the service is busy or interrupted. Once generation starts, you can close the page and return to My videos to check its progress. Your credit history shows credit use and returns. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
