Bulin 47 credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. This policy explains credit returns for videos and how they differ from payment refunds.
One video, one charge
Each complete Bulin 47 video uses 100 credits. The full cost is shown before you submit, and the credits are set aside once when generation starts. Processing steps and automatic retries do not add another charge.
If your video cannot be completed
If generation fails or ends without a deliverable video, the credits set aside for that video are returned to your balance. My videos shows the return status and amount. Check your credit history to confirm that a return is complete; an error message alone does not confirm it.
If generation takes longer than expected
A slow connection or delay does not necessarily mean generation has failed. Your video request remains saved while we check its progress. If the video page offers a status check, use it to check your existing request. A result that arrives after a request has ended and its credits have been returned does not authorize a second charge.
Credit returns and payment refunds
Returned video credits are added to your site balance. They are not refunded to your card or bank account. A payment refund is a separate transaction, confirmed in your order record and by the payment provider. A generation error or credit return does not confirm a payment refund.
Deleting a result
Deleting a finished video removes access to its stored media. It does not undo a completed delivery or request a credit return. Transaction and credit records remain in account history.
